Bateson and Reich and McLeod

Gregory emphasized that life, in all its forms, is about learning.  He was particularly critical of physical metaphors for personality, for instance bottling rage and exploding.  Reich, of course, talked about emotional armoring.  What applies when recognizing bracing and undoing that false economy to be present?   Ken McLeod says to focus on increasing awareness and the ability to be present no matter what you experience and whether it seems internal or external.
